Review:
Master composer William A. Payn has penned another fascinating work, written for the tenth anniversary of the Raleigh Ringers. The piece begins in hard-driving, 7/8 meter. The texture builds and grows as it moves along and adds layers of sound punctuated by various special techniques. This is definitely a challenge for advanced choirs.
