Review:
Arranged for 3-octaves of bells with optional voice or recorder. Only sixteen measures long this arrangement begins with the first note of the melody and continues with a straight-forward setting. It is set in the key of Bb and could easily be used to accompany hymn singing. If a recorder is used one might consider providing a microphone for balance with the bell accompaniment.
