Review:
To introduce this loved hymn by Will Thompson the arrangers use the melodic motif that goes with the text "come home." The melody is then found in the keyboard as the bells make comment chordally and again with the melodic motif from the beginning. The key changes and the texture thickens. After this full rendition the music suddenly lightens up and we again find the beginning motif and a ppp ending.
