Review:
An original composition with a plainchant-type melody, this work is marked "Expressively" and the quarter-note = 70-84. The harmonies are a mix of major and minor tonalities and flow together through use of the LV technique. Mid-way through the piece the upper bells ring mallets on suspended bells in sixths. The melody appears underneath this shimmer. An optional C instrument or solo handbell part is given in the work as are performance options.
