Blessed Are They
"Jesus remember me when You come into Your kingdom." so begins the text of this anthem with parts for congregation, SATB choir, 3 octaves of handbells and optional instruments and organ. The bells set up the first phrase with three, sustained "chimes." They enter later in chordal fashion. A separate score for bells is NOT provided; rather, the ringers must read off the choral score. Instruments can be: Brass, Strings, Woodwinds, Pitched Percussion or combination thereof.
