In Adam We Have All Been One
Martin H. Franzmann's hymn is set by Scott M. Hyslop for SATB choir and 3 or 5 octave handbells. The accompaniment is provided by the handbells using the ethereal "singing bell" technique, where the ringers rub the outside rim of the handbell with a wooden dowel in a circular motion to produce a singing sound. Franzmann's text is rich with themes of Law and Gospel and Christian unity.
