Review:
Composed for Barbara Brocker, creator of the bell tree "keyboard", the piece opens with a poignant melody accompanied by wistful harmonies. It soon transitions into rhythmic movement accompanying the exciting bell tree solo. By the end of the of the composition, all of the ringers in the choir have created their own miniature bell trees, and the piece ends with everyone playing their suspended bells with mallets.
