Review:
Arranged for 3 to 5 octave handbell choir with optional 3 octaves of handchimes, Lloyd Larson's lovely arrangement of this Christmas tune "Humility" opens with a gentle and delicate ostinato figure. A solo melody line on handchimes gives way to both a key change and a full, chordal verse of the tune. The piece returns to the opening key for one final triumphant verse before returning to the opening material to close out the piece. 69 measures. Keys of F Major and D Major.
