Review:
This arrangement of traditional carols from Venezuela (titles are not given) is a study in contrasts. The beginning is rung in a lilting manner with simple, dotted rhythms the key. The next section is slower and relaxed and is played entirely on two-octaves of chimes (if available). A final section combines syncopated accompaniment with staccato technique for a bouncy ride to the finish.
