Review:
Twelve bells within the 2-octave range ring sporadically, but effectively throughout this setting of the tune DIVINUM MYSTERIUM. A Latin text marked in free rhythm sets the mood for the entrance of the tune in 3/4 time. A third section find the voices in counterpoint while the bells and organ are tacet. A random bell peal enters on the fourth verse on a suspended chord.
