Review:
The introduction of this arrangement of the old spiritual begins with persistent knocking (perhaps on a handy door!) that crescendos from piano to fortissimo! When it finally has the ringers' attention the music takes off presto. Lots of speed-ups and slow-downs keep the ringers on their toes throughout the work. The gyro technique and chimes are used as well.
