Review:
The music of this original composition lives up to its name. Smooth-flowing eighth-note passages and a fast 12/8 propel the motion along. Although set in a D major tonality, the harmonies weave in and out of alternate keys. For 12 measures the music moves along in two distinct lines. In 13 a third enters and still another in 19. Just when the listener thinks he has a chance to breath a quick last measure is tacked on as is to be played as quickly as possible.
