Review:
An eighth-note pulse drives this original composition in an allegro tempo of quarter = 120. The mood is happy and this is reflected in open texture, bouncy syncopation and playful melody. All this frivolity melts in the Andante section that uses a good deal of mart lift in the accompaniment. However, the tempo primo returns and lilts its way to the full, moto allargando, fff ending.
