Review:      All music begins with motion; rhythm occurs through movement. Therefore the first instrument to be trained is the human body. Emile Jaques-Dalcroze arrived at this conclusion in the late 19th century and created a method to teach his concepts entitled: EURHYTHMICS. In Eurhythmics, all elements of music are taught through movement. This videotape, demonstrating this method was written and produced by Timothy Caldwell and is filled with color, movement and music.
