Review:
This festive arrangement was commissioned for the annual 12th Night Festival in Bakersfield, CA in honor of the founder of the festival. It requires advanced rhythmic and ringing skills, as there are a number of techniques, 16th notes, and rhythm changes from simple 4/4 to 10/8, then back to 4/4 for the ending.
