Review:
Kurt Meyer’s latest addition to the Jubilate Handbell Chamber Series is a contemplative setting of the Advent hymn Veni Emmanuel for two octave solo handbells and piano. The handbell part is accessible for soloists of all abilities and combines with fresh harmonies to create an ethereal music offering for worship or concert. May be played on a bell tree or from the table. 86 measures in the key of e minor.
Reproducible solo part is printed at the end of the piano part.
