Review:
British singer and songwriter Ted Hutchinson wrote this delightful carol about a cat and a mouse in the stable where Jesus was born and tells this wonderful story with much expression and love. It was recently introduced to American audiences by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir with David Archuleta (American Idol) as the vocalist. Derek has arranged it for handbells with vocal solo and includes a bit of the songs "Love Came Down at Christmas", "The Birthday of a King", and "Infant Holy, Infant Lowly" in this lovely setting. Techniques include TD, LV, and echo with a few Pl in the low bass. This will be a precious and beloved addition to your Christmas repertoire. Begins in G Major, then modulates to Ab Major. 98 measures.
