Review:
This antiphonal introit for the Thanksgiving season combines unison choir with SATB voices and 8 optional handbells (range: F4-C6). An original melody is used with lyrics from the first verse of “Come, Ye Thankful People, Come” along with a snippet of the Doxology sung to OLD 100TH. It includes an optional intro/segue into the congregational hymn "Come, Ye Thankful People, Come" (tune: ST. GEORGE'S WINDSOR). Handbell part is printed in the octavo and is reproducible for use by the purchasing organization.
