Subtitled "The Story of the Nativity", this cantata uses narrations and traditional carols throughout. The whole service is laid out, including suggestions for hymns to use. It would be an excellent choice for a Christmas Eve service. Carols include, "Creator of the Stars of Night, Joseph Dearest, While by my Sheep, Angels from the Realms of Glory (to a different tune), Jesus Our Brother Kind and Good, The Lullay Carol, and All My Heart this Night Rejoices."
