Review:
With a laid-back feel, this original, memorial composition depicts the ocean waves and swaying palm trees of Hawaii. A ukulele-like figure accompanies a memorable, easy-going melody which gradually becomes richer and more fully scored. It then gives way to a slower, reflective iteration of the theme before returning to the opening feeling once again. Appropriate for concert use or during a celebratory church service, this piece is sure to become a favorite of both ringers and listeners! 137 measures.
