This Christmas Quick Study Choral is based on the familiar 13th century plainsong, rich with theological meaning: Christ is the “Alpha and Omega” to “whom all things were made,” “who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary.” It is easily learned and has a simple accompaniment as well as a part for optional 2 octaves of handbells, which is included.
