The rhythmic drive and stopped-bell techniques keep this arrangement quite true to its villancico nature. A middle section in 3/4 and on chimes gives a welcome contrast to the assertive nature of the tune itself. Challenging but fun for both ringers and listeners, this 117-measure title is scored in d minor.
