Review:
The hymn used in this arrangement is constructed in an unusual fashion, with verses relating the somber crucifixion story and the celebratory refrain addressing the resurrection. This bell arrangement offers two somber verses together followed by two joyous refrains. A solo in bass bells opens, and what follows is chordal construction for the full ensemble. There are balance issues with inner-voice melodies, but the ringing is straightforward, with a key change from F to C, and minimal accidentals. 51 measures.
