Lightly syncopated, this Christmas quartet rocks along in eighth-note rhythms. Instructions for performance moves and mood are given in the score. The engraving is easy to read with only one page turn. One interesting point about this piece is that the first half of it is placed in the bass clef. It is 37 measures in length.
