Review:
This delicate arrangement of the beloved Appalachian tune will be a poignant addition to Christmas services or concerts. The use of chime tree, finger cymbals, and triangle adds a mysterious chill to the plaintive mood. Since there are no bell changes, this arrangement is very accessible. Compatible editions for 2-3 and 3-5 octaves make this a good festival choice. It is scored in c minor and is 50 measures in length. The instrument parts are included in the score.
