Review:
Get out your mallets, practice counting in 12/8, and don't forget the 3 octaves of handchimes - you'll need all these to ring this popular American classic. The beginning scores the bass bells malleting a drum-like pattern "as if from a distance". The handchimes are listed as optional, however, they add a nice tonal contrast to the middle section of the piece. This should be a real audience pleaser. Scored in C Major, this piece is 77 measures.
