Review:
This original composition rocks in more places than the title! It's set predominantly in 7/8 time, in d minor and e minor, and marked "with a groove." After a short intro, the malleted bass line sets up the "groove," which is later joined by marted chord accompaniment to a soaring treble melody. It is a rocking 97 measures.
