The Westminster Ringers is an auditioned community handbell ensemble centered in Westminster, Carroll County, Maryland. It was founded in September of 1997 to give gifted area musicians the opportunity to play advanced handbell repertoire, and to promote the art of handbell ringing through educational events and performances in a variety of settings. The Westminster Ringers perform on 5+ octaves of Malmark handbells, including aluminum bass bells in the sixth and seventh octaves, and 5 octaves of choirchimes. Larry Henning, director.
