Review:
Based on the hymn tune ELLACOMBE, this piece of music is arranged so that it looks quite simple to play. A short 4 measure introduction brings the melody out in the bass clef, quickly echoed in the treble clef before both voices combine at measure 5. 2 key changes, a little bit of syncopation and a "brisk" tempo of quarter = 126 join together to bring it up to its level 3 rating; but all in all, this piece should be appropriate for the level 2 choir that is transitioning into level 3 music. 43 measures.
