This original work begins with a handbell introduction in a peaceful 3/4 meter. A C instrument then enters and plays the soaring melody over a bell accompaniment, which features the echo articulation. The C instrument is NOT optional:it takes both the C instrument and the bells to bring the music to life. C instrument may be a flute, violin, choir chimes, or any other C instrument.
