Review:
Two octaves of handbells and chimes combine to present this light and lovely setting of the hymn tunes NEW BRITAIN (Amazing Grace) and WONDROUS LOVE. The tunes are first played on the chimes with flowing bell accompaniment. The final section combines both melodies played by bells alone. The LV and echo techniques are scored to smooth out the musical fabric. The work is seventy measures and is set in C Major.
