Christmas Fantasy, A
Only two handbells are used in this collage of advent and Christmas carols--A5 and B5--and these play a grand total of six measures! Actually they are a substitute for a glockenspiel. Instrumentation includes SATB choir, keyboard, percussion (small and large wood blocks, small and large triangles, 3 tom-toms,glockenspiel or handbells), oboe and Bb Trumpet. Parts for "full Messiah orchestra" are available on a rental basis from Concordia.
