Veteran handbell composer Margaret Tucker uses ties across the barline in 3/4 measures as a dominating rhythmic motive in this original work. The first section is marked "spirited" and is contrasted by a middle section of "cantabile" ringing. A big ending leads to a final "bell salute" in measure 135.
