Review:
Robert Lowry (1826-1899) wrote this tune, Michael Burkhardt set it for union/two-part treble choir, and Susan Finnigan transcribed that choral setting for 4 to 5-octaves of handbells. The bell score may be played by bells alone or as accompaniment to the choral work. (Choral score information is included). The music is light-hearted in an andante tempo and employs the mart-lift technique for extra "lift". Sixty-three measures. Can accompany
MCGA852, or stand alone.
