Ten handbells, ranging from C5 to D6, ring the simple but profound melody of this carol accompanied by arpeggios on the guitar. The tune is presented in a slow, peaceful manner before a key change and a slightly faster tempo take over to finish the 39 measures. A separate part is included for both the solo handbells and guitar along with a director's score with both parts.
