Review:
"What a Friend We Have in Jesus" is a beautifully flowing arrangement of the beloved hymn for 3 to 5-octave handbell choir. It is appropriate for general worship and a wonderful choice for festivals. The music begins with accompanying eighth notes that occur in the middle range throughout the piece. Note that they are marked with LV's while the notes above and below are marketed with R. Always listen for the melody and allow it to dominate the accompaniment as you strive for a musical interpretation of this lovely arrangement.
