Review:
Arnold Sherman combines two familiar Christmas melodies in this gentle, flowing, ballad-style setting. It begins with a hint of the familiar Polish carol "Infant Holy, Infant Lowly", then moves immediately into a presentation of "Away in a Manger", set here in a 4/4 meter. The combination is especially pleasing when the Polish carol reappears in the bass line on the optional handchimes.
