Review:
Several musical ideas are packed into this arrangement of George F. Handel's original tune. In the opening section a peal-like pattern travels through varying tonal areas while teasing the listener with melodic motifs. However, the tune proper doesn't begin until the second section, where it undergoes a passage of baroque treatment. The final section moves from the traditional 4/4 meter to 6/8 adding a lilting quality to the melody.
