Review:
Nine handchimes in the lower 3-octave range add optional interest to this setting of a Marty Haugen tune. After a brief introduction the first variation employs mallets on tabled bells in martial rhythms to accompany the melody. Later variations are chordal with martellatos, flowing with LVed eighth notes, or spiced with chromatic harmonic shifts. One hundred and thirteen measures.
