Review:
SINE NOMINE, the hymn tune by Ralph Vaughan Williams, was set for an ensemble named "Tower Ringers" and appropriately so - it opens with a bell peal passage like one might hear from a bell tower. The melody soon enters underneath this peal. Later a majestic, chordal section builds the sound until the ending, 74th measure.
