Commissioned by the Raleigh Ringers for the 2001 Capital Area Young Ringers Festival, this original work is by a seasoned children's writer and clinician, Tim Waugh. Marked "with fire, with a strong cadence", martellato and mallet techniques are scored to accomplish that purpose. A middle, more calm section, scores in optional finger cymbals. Some bell changes and accidentals will require concentration. Written in g minor, measures total 49.
