Review:
Perhaps Colorado composer Kevin McChesney was inspired by his native surroundings when he penned this original composition as a commission piece. Full, bold, colorful chords support a strong melody in 3/4 time throughout all one hundred and twelve measures, while a Lved, eighth-note pulse line accompanies in the lower registers. Some special techniques do occur, but the focus is on the pure, rung sound of bells.
