Review:
Usual arrangements of this carol are smooth and sweet. This setting, however, shows more of the playful, almost impish, side of children. The Bb clarinet is not optional and is a fine foil for the bouncy rhythms and staccato technique employed in the bell part. A truly, fresh rendition!
