Review:
A contemplative, solo line scored for the optional chimes in the 2-3 octave range opens this gentle work. The melody is scored in various bell ranges and is accompanied by flowing textures to evoke a pastoral scene. Some shifting of meter and key occurs as does slight changes of tempo.
