Review:
More a melody of "sound" than of linear line, this original composition clips along through shifting tonal centers, is punctuated by marts and staccato technique and throws in the occasional meter shift to keep ringers on their toes. Bright and festive, it lives up to its title. Written in C Major, measures total 71.
