Review:
This addition to The Raleigh Ringer's Series is from "The Red Poppy" by Reinhold Gliere. The texture is light, open and, of course, dance-like. Rhythms are straightforward but go by at a fast clip, so counting is the key. Some chromatic passages will also present a challenge. This arrangement is written for 4-7 octaves - a feat in transcribing!
