Review:
Though the title would suggest an oriental theme, the tune is actually a Welsh folk melody for bells and optional chimes and C instrument. The lush harmonies throughout this piece call for many LV markings. Performance options are given as well as special instructions for ringing musically. The work is ninty-four measures in length. Instrument parts on page eleven.
