Review:
The title "Festival Overture" well suits this original composition from a writer/clinician that conducts numerous festivals each year. Big sounding, but "ringer friendly" the triumphant/ceremonial mood is set by a mixture of melody and block sound. Special techniques are used sparingly and, when used, are most effective.
