Review:
Arranger Paul Kasten wrote this in memory of a friend, who, probably, was a fan of Maurice Ravel's "Menuet (Tombeau de Couperin)". The texture is light and springy with a few grace notes added to enhance the effect. Light plucks appear in the accompaniment. Other sections are more chordal and chromatic. A final expressif section is marked pianissimo with flowing, bass accompaniment to the theme. The ending slows down a bit into a slow shimmer on a G major 9 chord.
