Review:
Set in 3/4 with the tempo marked: with spirit, quarter = 160-176, this traditional English carol is well within reach of the level I choir. Control of dynamics is an important element in this work and a drill has been given in the performance notes to better facilitate this dynamic execution. Even with its 2-3 designation, the third octave upper bells don't see much "action" until midway through the piece. Consider assigning the "busier" sections to two beginner ringers instead of one.
